About This Lesson
A handout for students to assess their ability in gymnastics. Students are given the task of selecting a given number of skills (e.g 6) with the aim of making the highest score they can. Higher score = higher level performer. Alternatively students could be given a total they have to reach; e.g 75 and work out moves they are going to include to make that score. The less skills it takes = higher level performer. This can then form the foundation of building a sequence or chosing a partner (similar scores work together).
