About This Lesson
Raise awareness about the dangers of opioids to help your students make informed choices if they are in a situation involving these drugs. Connecting the opioid crisis to students' lives and teaching them how opioids impact the body can help them make life-saving decisions.
Materials support language arts, health, and social-emotional learning skills, while complementing the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) resources and school nurse protocols.
