About This Lesson

Use Day Time Break’s lessons and activities to help your students develop self-care strategies. The middle school program and NEW high school program will help students learn mental health facts and dispel myths, develop self-care strategies, and discover how daytime breaks can boost mental wellness.

Use the take-home letter to bring students’ families into your classroom conversation. Help On Our Sleeves® break the stigma of silence so we can transform children’s mental health.
