About This Lesson

This document goes over the levels of scrutiny for a government interest in limiting people's rights, but then applies it to the first Amendment through four cases: Schneider v. State of New Jersey, Feiner v. New York, Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire, and Nieves v. Bartlett.
