About This Lesson

The five-episode documentary event–Prehistoric Planet: Ice Age–brings you to a new era millions of years after the dinosaurs are long gone, when a third of the world is covered in ice, and the world’s coolest animals inherited the earth. These activities challenge students in grades 3-5 to determine measurements of awe-inspiring Ice Age animals, create puppets, and practice scientific vocabulary and earth history knowledge.
