About This Lesson
Teaching emotional regulation is one of the most important components of classroom management and flow. This lesson presents a creative way to practice the skills necessary for emotional regulation in the classroom. It integrates some of the benchmarks outlined in Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards, Florida Social Studies Next Generation Sunshine State Standards, and the National Core Arts Standards. It is tailored to grades 1-2, but can be adapted, expanded, or reduced. Enjoy!
