Biography
Amber Elia is a federal management analyst, educator, and author dedicated to creating inclusive learning experiences that reflect real-world diversity. She is the founder of Seeing Things Differently Press, where she develops classroom materials and stories that make disability visible, relatable, and empowering for all students. Amber’s work combines her experience in organizational development, accessibility advocacy, and creative storytelling to help teachers foster empathy and belonging in grades 3–6 classrooms.
